I have read and accept the above terms of service. 

If applicable, Heritage Appraisals charges the rate of $20.00 (per piece) for photograph analysis emailed for review/consultation to determine the next steps in the process. This fee covers our time in preliminary research and proposal creation and is deducted from the appraisal service fee if the project is approved. The fee breakdown is as follows: $20.00 (per piece) for (1) single item / $10.00 (per piece) for (2-20) items / $5.00 (per piece) for any collection (over 20) items / a custom bulk rate available for (large collections) which are bid per project. 

An invoice for the above charge will be emailed to the same email used for this submission within 24-48 hours. The invoice will have a clickable link which will guide you through our payment portal. Once paid, Heritage Appraisals will contact you back within 48-64 hours with our thoughts as to the next best steps in the process and or with any comments or additional requests.
